This mural was inspired by the City of Evanston’s Commitment to End Structural Racism and Achieve Racial Equity. This 2019 resolution was unanimously passed by the Evanston City Council and the text for the mural was pulled directly from the resolution.

A floor to ceiling installation of over 100 letterpress printed posters in a 10' x 10’ room. Created for the Boundary Issues show as part of the 2019 Evanston Made programming.

This t-shirt proclaims that Black lives are full of richness and complexity and that they do indeed matter in bold Helvetica type.
